Production Planner

Job Description

Danfoss Drives is looking for an experienced planner. Are you able to connect the dots, create an overview, and ensure optimal flow and execution in production? Do you have an interest in and experience with logistics? Then you might be our new planner for Danfoss Drives in Gråsten. You will work cross-functionally in the factory, where you will be the representative for logistics. You will be part of a daily team with 7 dedicated colleagues and 2 rotating apprentices. Together, you will handle a wide range of tasks and ensure that production maintains a flow of raw materials, so we are always ready to deliver, no matter what customers require.

Job Responsibilities

You will serve as the daily planner for specific production areas. Your primary tasks will involve ensuring an overview of deliveries in production, thereby ensuring that delivery capacity is always stable and that there is no shortage of raw materials and components. All planning is managed in SAP based on customer orders, and capacity is secured in close dialogue with supervisors, production technicians, and production workers.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Update production schedules and maintain capacity requirements.

• Production planning and material planning.

• Responsible for inventory levels, adjustments, and stocktaking.

• Coordinate bill of materials changes with production technicians.

• Maintenance of master data in our ERP system.

• Calculate and report the status of critical components.

• KPI compliance – focus on inventory levels and delivery adherence.

In this job, you will need your structured approach to work, and especially your ability to maintain an overview, which helps you prioritize in a busy day. Furthermore, your success will largely depend on your ability to be flexible and communicate clearly, creating good collaboration both with colleagues across the organization and externally.

• You have experience in production planning, logistics, operations, or similar fields.

• You have a good understanding of systems and processes and recognize the synergies that exist between them.

• You are outgoing, and your motivation is to deliver even better than customers expect.

•  It is an advantage if you have extensive knowledge of or are a super user of SAP and are a regular user of the MS Office suite.

• As we are an international organization, it is important that you communicate fluently in both Danish and English.
