The Impact You'll Make

 

At Danfoss Drives, quality is critical to delivering world-class frequency converters that customers rely on every day. As our new Quality Engineer, you will help ensure our products and processes consistently meet the highest standards. 

 

You will play a key role in identifying root causes, solving complex quality challenges, and driving improvements across our manufacturing environment. Your work will have a direct impact on product reliability, operational performance, and customer satisfaction. 

 

Working in a collaborative quality team, you will partner with colleagues across production, engineering, testing, and service while developing your expertise in a high-tech electronics manufacturing environment. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead structured problem-solving activities using 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and other quality tools to eliminate quality issues and prevent recurrence 
  • Analyze quality data and trends to identify improvement opportunities and support fact-based decision-making 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen process stability, improve product quality, and reduce the cost of poor quality 
  • Facilitate PFMEA activities and risk assessments to build robust manufacturing processes and proactively manage risk 
  • Collaborate with teams across production, test, engineering, and service to resolve product, process, and component-related quality challenges 

What We're Looking For

 

  • A degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field 
  • Experience in quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, or a similar role in a production environment 
  • Hands-on experience with 8D, Root Cause Analysis, Ishikawa, or comparable problem-solving methodologies 
  • Experience with PFMEA and structured risk assessment methods 
  • Professional communication skills in both Danish and English, written and spoken
