Our People & Communications team at Drives is made up of 30+ passionate professionals focused on optimizing the employee experience, driving people development, and attracting top talent.
We’re seeking a creative and organized individual to help streamline our processes and enhance how we design and deliver training and communication for our employees and leaders. The ideal candidate is visually creative, highly structured, and proactive in problem-solving.
This role requires about 10 hours per week, with occasional visits to our Drives location in Gråsten to foster close collaboration.

Job Responsibilities
As our new Student Worker, you will be involved in a range of tasks within the People & Communications space, closely collaborating with Drives’ Center of Excellence Leaders. Your work will have a direct impact on our entire People & Communications organization and, ultimately, on all employees at Drives. Specific responsibilities include:

Create Training & Communication Materials: Design and develop engaging content for global People processes, initiatives, and events.

Design & Build Templates: Create templates in PowerPoint and Excel to streamline internal communication and improve the efficiency of how we work with each other and our internal customers.

Collaborate Across Teams: Transform complex ideas into visually captivating stories, ensuring clear and engaging communication across the organization.

Optimize Internal Operations: Help structure and organize internal workflows within People & Communications to improve efficiency.

Update Communication Technologies: Maintain and optimize our internal communication tools like MS Teams, ensuring that meeting structures are always up to date.

Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain high-quality visual content that adheres to the Danfoss Corporate Visual Identity guidelines.

Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up to date with the latest trends in visual storytelling and digital content creation to ensure our communication stays innovative and impactful.
Background & Skills
We’re looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant program such as business administration, communications, human resource management, multimedia design or a similar field.
- A strong passion for people, change management, and communication.
- Thrives in a people-first organization, bringing authenticity and innovation to the workplace.
- Bold, creative, and enjoys sharing ideas with a pragmatic approach to structuring others’ concepts into tangible results.
- A digital native with the ability to proactively suggest solutions and drive initiatives forward.
