Job Description

We are looking for an IT consultant to join the Danfoss MyDanfoss and Web site development team under the Digital Customer experience program.

 

As an IT Consultant in our team you will be responsible for implementing technology solutions that solve important business problems and you will play an important role in driving forward the Danfoss digital journey.

 

You have a good breadth of knowledge and skills across multiple relevant disciplines and an ability to apply this knowledge across different domains, situations, and contexts. Based on that you effectively bridge between technical and non-technical people.

 

You will be involved in analysis, implementation, testing of the technology and working with internal and external technical teams to ensure consistency, quality, and adoption.

 

Moreover, as an IT Consultant you will communicate technical instructions in understandable business terms, train and produce technical user manuals, requiring exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

The right candidate will become part of the Digital Customer Experience Program in Danfoss. Our purpose is to design, build and operate a fast, easy, and relevant customer experience.

You can be located in: Poland, Ukraine, Slovenia or Denmark and report to a direct manager sitting in Denmark.

 

You will be a part of the international Digital Customer Experience team with more than 100 colleagues from all over the world, where we develop, support and lead the digital customer experience in Danfoss. We connect business needs and IT into digital solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Understanding needs and mapping them to technical solutions as part of an agile team
  • Conducting technical analysis and supporting new technology implementation
  • Collaborating with technical and business teams
  • Driving initiatives and smaller projects
  • Involvement in planning sprints and releases
  • Involvement in technical aspects of designing and testing
  • Involvement in operating and improving IT services
  • Stakeholder communication
  • Monitoring the success of IT solutions
  • Diagnosing IT system problems, inefficiencies, and weaknesses and working to improve them
  • To Prepare, align, and execute plans
  • Change-management activities

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

  • Passion for technology
  • Familiarity with Azure Devops and Agile
  • Good understanding of web and software technologies
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Fluent English together with on local language 
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • 2+ years of experience with similar work
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or another related field
