Are you skilled at communicating effectively during change? Can you craft messages that resonate with a diverse audience and foster a positive response to change?

We're looking for a Change Communications/Content Creator to help us articulate the nuances of organizational transformations, process enhancements, and tool implementations.

Join our Global Group Digital & IT organization where you'll be an integral part of the Change Enablement & Training team, driving effective communication strategies that support the adoption of new tools and processes across the organization.

The job shall be hybrid.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement communication plans that align with change initiatives and business objectives.
  • Customize key messages for various stakeholder groups and create engaging content (emails, newsletters, FAQs).
  • Identify stakeholder segments and craft targeted communications to meet their unique concerns and needs.
  • Select and manage the most effective channels for reaching and engaging different audiences.
  • Ensure message consistency across all platforms, working in tandem with the training team to support stakeholders.
  • Offer best practice guidance for communicating during transitions and manage feedback channels to gather insights.
  • Analyze feedback, track communication effectiveness with KPIs, and adapt strategies based on data and feedback.
  • Prepare for communication challenges with proactive contingency planning and rapid response processes.
  • Foster a unified approach to change communication across teams.
  • Stay up to date of change communication trends, continuously improving strategies based on industry insights and internal feedback.
  • Employ a mix of strategic planning, creative content creation, and interpersonal skills to navigate change effectively.
  • Collaborate with creative design teams to produce visually compelling materials that resonate with the audience.
  • Oversee communication projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget, scope, and quality standards, and adjust plans as necessary.

Background & Skills

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years in internal communications, including supporting large-scale business change programs.
  • Diverse industry experience with change impacting various audience types, including remote teams.
  • Proven skills and ability to manage high-paced environments independently.
  • Creative expertise in developing communication materials.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, adept at simplifying complex information.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with a history of effective relationship building.
  • Solid understanding of change management principles; certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
  • Relevant experience in the industry and IT landscape is preferred.
  • Advanced skills in written and spoken English working in a global environment.
