The Impact You'll Make

As our Continuous Improvement Specialist you will turn operational challenges into practical improvements. Your work will help Danfoss increase efficiency, improve quality, reduce production costs, and eliminate waste.

You will combine data analysis, Lean methods, and collaboration to take improvement ideas from root cause to implementation. You will also help teams build the skills and confidence to sustain positive change.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyze processes, operational data, and KPIs to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead projects in the area of  continuous improvement, process improvement and implementation projects that increase productivity, improve quality, reduce production costs, and eliminate waste.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, root cause analysis, and process mapping to identify causes and develop practical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and work with cross-functional teams to turn improvement opportunities into successfully implemented changes.
• Measure the results of implemented solutions, support their long-term adoption, and help teams use Lean and Continuous Improvement tools in their daily work.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or a related area.
• Practical knowledge of Lean or Lean Six Sigma methods and continuous improvement tools.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret process data and KPIs, identify root causes, and translate findings into clear actions.
• Experience leading improvement projects or facilitating workshops, with the ability to engage people and move solutions through to implementation.
• A relevant higher education degree and good working knowledge of English, combined with clear communication and effective cross-functional collaboration.
