We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist based in Grodzisk Mazowiecki for a maternity leave cover position.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.

• Providing high-level service to both internal and external customers to reach maximum customer satisfaction levels,
• Handling customer requests through e-commerce and e-mails,
• Creating orders in SAP and planning deliveries in collaboration with the sales team,
• Communicating regularly with the sales team and fulfillment team to improve delivery and stock performance,
• Managing data quality in SAP,
• Improvement of sales processes (order management; delivery; invoicing etc.).

The ideal candidate has experience working with Customer Service, Call Center or Contact Center or with similar tasks in a sales and distribution or logistics context. A good team player with a customer-focused mindset, ability to influence others with excellent communication skills, meets the deadline on time, we expect you to master MS Office tools and English at a communicative level.

If you have experience and/or knowledge about below it is an advantage:

• SAP in a Sales and Distribution context.
