Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for a Digital Documentation Specialist, who masters digital publishing (database publishing) and has good insights into the world of technical documentation creation and maintenance. You will lead and work within projects relating to industry leading digital solutions for technical documentation. Further, you will be part of our efforts to let our master data sources become an integrated part of our documentation. You will join a team that plays a central role in the digital journey within Danfoss, and you will be an integrated part of securing that we provide the best-in-class technical documentation to our customers.

Job Responsibilities

You will independently run projects relating to (digital) technical documentation, such as e.g., ensuring our new digitally founded literature concepts live up to legal standards across the world, that our technical literature follows the internal standards and guidelines, and many other documentation related projects. In this role, you will work independently with your projects, collaborating cross-functionally with the entire Danfoss Climate Solutions organization, your teammates in the hybrid team across Europe and India as well as other relevant stakeholders.

 

Furthermore, you will:

  • Be responsible for running, developing, maintaining, testing, and evaluating projects and solutions within technical documentation.
  • Support with the digital transformation of our approach to technical documentation.
  • Stay updated on recent trends, legal requirements, and opportunities within technical documentation.
  • Create documentation standardization and alignment processes and anchor these in the organization.
  • Maintain clear communication across project stakeholders and developers.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs while taking into consideration project/stakeholder needs project scope and budgets.

Background & Skills

Your educational background is not important, but you have a structured mindset and a good understanding of digital projects within technical documentation both relating to the creation and maintenance of the same. You possess an understanding of technical documentation and project management.

 

It is a plus if you have experience in one or more of these areas:

  • Component Content Management Systems (CCMS)
  • Database and XML structures
  • DITA content
  • Legal requirements within technical product documentation
  • Azure Dev Ops (or other project management software e.g. JIRA)

 

You are used to working with tight deadlines and can focus on the important details while maintaining a holistic view. You are a fast learner, a skilled coordinator and can quickly understand complex data structures and digital eco systems. Last but not least, you are a strong communicator and proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
