Job Responsibilities

As the new Digital Sales Specialist, you will be working on setting up and maintaining digital product catalogues and supporting the Product Lines (lines of business). The catalogues are the backbone of how products are presented in the Product Store, apps, and other digital channels. Furthermore, you will focus your efforts on the transforming static information and processes into a digital way of thinking. You will be part of a small team working with multiple stakeholders throughout the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Practical tasks related to catalogue creation adding products to categories, setting up filters, product headlines, and descriptions.
• Collaboration with Product Lines to ensure the best possible presentation of products.
• Ensuring that product information from data sheets is presented and readily available on digital platforms.
• Maintaining product portfolios.
• Running data analyses to support catalogue and portfolio processes.
• Solving tickets reported by Product Lines and markets.
• Participating in testing relevant new functionality in digital channels.

Background & Skills

It is preferred that you have relevant work experience, but most important for this position is your ability to quickly learn. You have a good drive, is eager to learn and can embrace the ongoing changes and challenges that we meet every day. As you will work cross cultural, it is a must that you have high proficiency in English, both orally and written. At the same time, you can work independently and in a team, pay attention to detail and you have a structured approach to solving problems.

Additionally, we are looking for a person with:

• Attention to detail.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Effective communication with people.
• Interest in digital business.
• Basic knowledge of SAP, PIM and DCS products in general is preferred, but not required.
