Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for a Global Demand Planner to drive and own the demand planning process within one of our business units.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Review historical sales trends and order intake data as input for forecast
- Analyze and decide on statistical forecast models incl. parameter settings
- Prepare and lead meetings with key stakeholders to collect input for the demand plan
- Interact with regional sales teams and business unit stakeholders to understand demand drivers
- Track and analyze forecast value add and implement corrective actions when required
- Develop the 18 months consensus demand planning forecast for multiple regions and product groups
- Own and drive the monthly demand planning process ensuring high quality analysis of inputs and recommendations to the business leadership
- Lead the monthly Demand Planning sign-off meeting with business unit leadership
Background & Skills
It is key to this position that you are very strong at stakeholder management and confident interacting and leading discussions with business unit leadership teams. Also, it is important you are quantitatively strong and have a great aptitude for working with and drive conclusions from data.
- 3+ years of experience in a Demand Planning or S&OP team, working with different data levels of aggregation and short/mid/long-term demand planning horizon
- Highly skilled communicator with the ability to tailor your message to and work with colleagues at all levels
- Able to stand your ground and justify your point of view based on analyses
- Very good understanding and working knowledge of statistics/econometrics and specifically statistical forecast models
- Excellent skills within data analysis and decision-making
- Pro-active mindset and a “can do” attitude to ensure things are acted upon in our fast-paced environment
- Experience with and ability to navigate a large and complex matrix organization
- Fluent English language skills
