Job Description

We are looking for a Global Product Data Management (PDM) Coordinator to join our RAC Engineering organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product data across multiple locations, supporting daily operations, and driving global improvements. Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

  • Support daily PDM operations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Implement key projects both globally and locally.
  • Enhance the use of service excellence centers for PDM tasks.
  • Coordinate PDM tasks across different sites and functions.
  • Identify and suggest areas for improvement and drive global process optimizations.
  • Maintain and manage product data, including classification, material master, BOMs, documents, and labels.
  • Conduct risk evaluations and extract data using Excel.
  • Provide system support for colleagues in Product Data Management.
  • Participate in projects related to PDM standardization and alignment.
  • Work with Siemens Teamcenter or similar PLM systems.
  • Contribute to the implementation of OneERP.
  • Handle offshore PDM tasks and collaborate on local NPD projects with the Global NPD Coordinator.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  • Short or medium-length technical or administrative education.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Product Data Management.
  • Experience working in organizations with teams across multiple locations.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
