What You’ll Be Doing

Danfoss has evolved its HR services, and we're looking for a dedicated HR professional to join our state-of-the-art HR Services organization. This is more than a job; it's an opportunity to be at the heart of our employee experience.

As a key member of our EMEA Service Center team, you will be the first point of contact for our EMEA employees.  You'll have a direct impact on their journey by:

• Being the Go-To Expert: Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, guiding employees through processes, managing ServiceNow cases, and connecting them with the right support when needed.
• Driving Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service while contributing to knowledge management and continuous process improvement.
• Collaborating Globally: Partner with colleagues, managers, and HR teams across EMEA, building strong relationships in a virtual environment.
•  Mastering HR Operations: Support global HR processes and effectively manage operational workflows and ticketing systems.
• Supporting Talent Acquisition: Coordinate interviews through Phenom, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers through efficient scheduling and communication.

What We're Looking For

• Proactive, curious, and open-minded professional with a global mindset and flexible approach.
• Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-3+ years of HR experience, preferably within a global organization or shared services environment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, quick to learn new systems, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Collaborative team player with a structured, quality-focused mindset and excellent English communication skills.
