IT Specialist

Job Description

The IT Specialist will diagnose, repair and maintain hardware and software components. The IT  Specialist installs and configures computer hardware and provides IT support to the organization. The IT Specialist will routinely interact with various departments and listen to their technical needs and take action to implement IT solutions in collaboration with IT Services colleagues and other relevant stakeholders. An IT Specialist is taking on various activities and or projects. An IT  Specialist is expected to support decisions and taking an active role in activities or by “operating on behalf of” other IT capabilities. 

This role is in Poland, Grodzisk Mazowiecki.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Provide IT support, advisory and consultancy to the Danfoss Group 
• Install and configure IT hardware and software 
• Register, monitor queues and resolve IT related tasks  
• Analyzing business needs and take necessary actions  
• Create or request knowledge and other documentation, that is useful for IT Services 
• Collaboration and escalation across the Danfoss Group IT organization 
• Developing and supporting IT Services colleagues to grow in their current positions

Background & Skills

We seek a good communicator with attention to detail and a focus on high-quality results. You should have a collaborative mindset, be self-driven, and comfortable in a technical environment. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's or master’s in IT relevant education  

• Experience in related field with 3+ years  

• Proven experience with installation and configuration IT hardware and software 

• Fluent English
