To help us continue and consolidate this success, we are looking for an ambitious person for a Production/Process Engineer position, located in Grodzisk Mazowiecki near Warsaw.
What You’ll Be Doing
To succeed in this position, you should:
- Take responsibility for managing the extrusion process flow and documentation in accordance with the Quality System.
- Identify and resolve issues which have influence on productivity and quality targets.
- Develop and optimize production process.
- Lead and actively participate in production-related projects.
- Apply “Lean Thinking” and Six Sigma methodology in daily operations.
- Prepare and deliver training programs for productions workers.
- Create and maintain clear instructions and SOP’s preparation.
- Maintain successful relationships with suppliers, engineering, manufacturing.
What We're Looking For
To be considered for the role we expect:
- Higher education in Production Engineering, preferably with a focus on Plastic Materials.
- Solid knowledge and experience in the extrusion process.
- Familiarity with Lean Thinking and Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 standards will be considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
