Danfoss is expanding its European Procurement structures in Grodzisk Mazowiecki and is therefore looking for Procurement Specialist with languages skills: English, German, Danish or Italian. You will be responsible for daily support of the Indirect purchasing processes as well as supplier negotiations and tender collection, and act as a link between the strategic procurement approach and daily operation’s needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order process
  • Follow up with users, suppliers, and analysis of their behaviors
  • Follow up on financial documents
  • Catalogue and system updates based on analysis of purchasing behaviors
  • Implementation of digital solutions
  • Implementation and support of Danfoss sourcing strategies

Background & Skills

  • Degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Experience in Operational Purchasing, Logistics, Customer service or Finance (AP, AR)
  • Fluent English and one of the following languages: Danish, Italian or German (written and verbal)
  • Experience in working with procurement systems will be advantage
  • Negotiation and communication skills
  • Analytical skills and attention to details
