Danfoss is expanding its European Procurement structures in Grodzisk Mazowiecki and is therefore looking for Procurement Specialist with languages skills: English, German, Danish or Italian. You will be responsible for daily support of the Indirect purchasing processes as well as supplier negotiations and tender collection, and act as a link between the strategic procurement approach and daily operation’s needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsibility for Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order process
- Follow up with users, suppliers, and analysis of their behaviors
- Follow up on financial documents
- Catalogue and system updates based on analysis of purchasing behaviors
- Implementation of digital solutions
- Implementation and support of Danfoss sourcing strategies
Background & Skills
- Degree in Business Administration or similar
- Experience in Operational Purchasing, Logistics, Customer service or Finance (AP, AR)
- Fluent English and one of the following languages: Danish, Italian or German (written and verbal)
- Experience in working with procurement systems will be advantage
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical skills and attention to details
