As a Production Engineer at Danfoss Saginomiya in Natolin, you will play a key role in ensuring stable, efficient, and high-quality production processes.
Your impact? Thanks to your work, production processes will become more reliable, optimized, and aligned with high quality standards. You will support product development and process improvements that directly impact daily operations and customer satisfaction.
You will collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams, supporting process optimization, technical problem-solving, and implementation of changes in the manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure quality and optimization of pressure switch production processes
- Create and update work instructions and process documentation
- Analyze production KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
- Lead implementation, quality, and continuous improvement projects
- Cooperate with Danfoss and Saginomiya teams on product and process changes
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment within production, quality, or process engineering roles
- Knowledge of quality tools and continuous improvement / Lean Manufacturing principles
- Professional proficiency in English and very good Polish language skills
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively across teams
