As a Quality Engineer, you will help ensure that our products and manufacturing processes consistently meet high quality standards. Your work will have a direct impact on product reliability, customer satisfaction, and the performance of our manufacturing operations.
You will work closely with supply chain, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to prevent quality issues and solve problems at their root cause. Using proven quality methods and data, you will turn challenges into sustainable improvements.

The job is onsite at Danfoss campus in Grodzisk Mazowiecki.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure products and processes meet IATF 16949 quality requirements, maintaining clear and accurate quality documentation.
- Investigate quality issues using Core Tools and structured problem-solving methods, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Own the customer complaint process, ensuring issues are addressed effectively and actions lead to lasting improvements.
- Strengthen supplier quality by working with suppliers and supply chain teams to improve the quality of components and leading the PPAP process.
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing, proactively reviewing processes and identifying opportunities to prevent defects and improve quality performance.
What We're Looking For
- Higher technical education, preferably within electronics, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a Quality Engineer or similar quality role, preferably within an automotive or manufacturing environment.
- Practical knowledge of IATF 16949 and quality Core Tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, and 8D.
- Experience with root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, PPAP, and supplier quality processes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Fluent English and Polish language, both written and spoken. Experience with SAP is an advantage.
