Job Description
Danfoss is looking for a new colleague with a technical background who is passionate and motivated towards delivering best quality and continual improvement. You will be responsible for Quality processes such as, but not limited to, incoming inspection, process control, customer and supplier complaint handling, production part approval. Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Create and maintain of quality documentation according to IATF requirements.
- Work closely with supply chain engineers to ensure product with high quality.
- Analyze problems by using quality tools to find root cause and implement corrective actions according to IATF requirements.
- Being responsible for customer claim handling process
- Guarantee the good quality level of supplied components by leading Supplier Quality assurance processes.
- Lead PPAP process.
- Perform external audits at suppliers.
- Proactive review and improvement of processes to ensure the maintenance of standards.
- Looking for Continuous improvement in the manufacturing process.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Higher education (Electronics faculty is a must).
- Min. 5 years of experience on similar position (pref. in automotive company).
- Experience of ISO/IATF16949 quality standards (practical experience with IATF Core Tools (FC, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, 8D)).
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 quality standard.
- Fluent knowledge of English, spoken and written.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
