Do you excel at empowering people to embrace new systems, processes, and structures with confidence and ease? We're looking for a Senior Change Lead who can masterfully orchestrate the complexities of change management, ensuring a smooth transition that aligns with our strategic vision while minimizing disruption.

Join our Global Group Digital & IT organization as a Senior Change Lead, where you will be part of the Change Enablement & Training team, orchestrating change strategies and enabling and supporting the adoption of new tools and processes across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Align and actively refine change management strategies with organizational goals to ensure practical applicability.
  • Develop and personally oversee the execution of comprehensive change plans, including timelines, resources, and milestones.
  • Directly engage in stakeholder analysis and address their needs through hands-on relationship building and ensuring buy-in.
  • Work closely with Change Communications to develop and disseminate effective messaging that highlights the tangible benefits of change.
  • Implement consistent communications strategies across all levels of the organization to ensure messages are translated into action.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and resistance to change and take the lead in developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Provide hands-on support to employees, guiding them through the transition and addressing concerns in real time.
  • Drive the hands-on execution of change initiatives, taking responsibility for their timely and successful delivery.
  • Coordinate directly with project managers to ensure that change management activities are integrated into overall project planning and execution.
  • Establish, monitor, and evaluate metrics and KPIs through active data collection and analysis to measure the success of change initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough readiness assessments and personally address any gaps to ensure successful change implementation.
  • Lead post-implementation reviews to confirm sustainable adoption of changes and address any ongoing issues.
  • Maintain regular, direct communication with stakeholders to provide updates on the progress of change initiatives.
