The Impact You'll Make

As our Senior Coordinator, Product Data Management (PDM), you'll play a key role in ensuring that our product data is accurate, consistent and accessible across our global engineering organization.

You'll be part of the PL40 Engineering organization and work closely with our Global Product Data Management team, connecting colleagues, systems and processes across different functions and locations. From maintaining critical product information to supporting new product development and global system implementations, your work will help teams make better decisions and operate more efficiently.

Your impact? You'll go beyond managing data — you'll help improve how we work with it. By driving standardization, identifying opportunities for automation and coordinating improvements across sites, you'll contribute to more reliable processes, smoother project execution and better data quality throughout Danfoss.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Own and maintain high-quality product master data, including material masters, Bills of Materials (BOMs), classifications, technical documentation and product labels, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.

  • Support colleagues and coordinate PDM activities across functions and locations, providing guidance on systems, preparing risk assessments, analyzing data in Excel and ensuring timely resolution of data-related issues.

  • Drive local and global process improvements, identifying opportunities for standardization, optimization and automation while collaborating with the Global PDM team and service excellence centers.

  • Contribute to key business and system projects, including OneERP implementation, PLM-related initiatives and Product Data Management improvements, ensuring effective implementation at the local site.

  • Coordinate product data activities within New Product Development (NPD) projects, working closely with the Global NPD Coordinator, engineering teams and international stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely product data availability.

What We're Looking For

  • A technical or administrative educational background, combined with at least 3–5 years of experience in Product Data Management, master data or a similar area.

  • Strong SAP and Microsoft Excel skills, with practical experience managing complex product data; familiarity with Siemens Teamcenter or other PLM systems would be a valuable advantage.

  • A structured, detail-oriented and quality-focused approach, with a strong commitment to data accuracy, consistency and a zero-defect mindset.

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership, prioritize tasks, drive improvements and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluency in written and spoken English, and the confidence to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions and international locations.

What You'll Get from Us

  • A role with real ownership and impact, where your work directly supports product development, engineering operations and the quality of critical business data.

  • The opportunity to contribute to global transformation initiatives, including OneERP implementation, process standardization and improvements to Product Data Management systems.

  • International collaboration with our Global PDM team in Denmark, engineering colleagues and stakeholders across multiple Danfoss locations.

  • The chance to develop your expertise in SAP, PLM systems, master data governance and process optimization, while taking an active role in improving the way we work.

  • A supportive and collaborative engineering environment where your ideas are valued, continuous improvement is encouraged and you can build your professional network within a global organization.
