The Impact You'll Make

 

As Senior Manager, Procurement in Poland, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the competitiveness, resilience, and sustainability of our supply base. By leading the regional procurement organization, you will drive strategic sourcing, supplier performance, and cost optimization initiatives that directly support business growth and manufacturing continuity. 
You will own the regional savings pipeline and translate procurement strategies into measurable business results.

 Working closely with global category teams and key stakeholders across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance, you will ensure local execution aligns with global priorities while capturing opportunities in the regional market.
This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team, strengthen strategic supplier partnerships, and help build a more efficient, reliable, and future-ready supply chain.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Lead and develop the procurement team in Poland, building a high-performing and results-oriented culture.
  • Drive strategic sourcing and negotiations to deliver cost reduction, productivity improvements, and sustainable value creation.
  • Manage supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, capacity, and sustainability to ensure operational excellence and supply continuity.
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks while supporting new product introductions, supplier readiness, and business growth.
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to execute procurement strategies, improve cash performance, and implement best practices across the supply base.

What We're Looking For

 

  • At least 7 years of proven experience leading procurement activities within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire teams.
  • Expertise in supplier relationship management, commercial negotiations, and strategic sourcing.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and work effectively in a global matrix organization.
  • Professional fluency in English and Polish.
