We are looking for a dedicated Senior Specialist in Design and Approvals to join our team and ensure our products meet the highest regulatory standards.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist in Design and Approvals to oversee and manage our compliance, especially with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and other relevant standards. This role is crucial in ensuring our products and processes adhere to regulatory requirements, maintaining our reputation for excellence and safety.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

• Ensure all products and processes comply with the PED Directive and other relevant standards.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies to reflect these changes.
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation and prepare necessary reports for regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to implement compliance measures.
• Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Participate in the  Product & Process Change management prrojects as design and regulatory expert ensuring compliance deliverables are fulfilled.
• Provide regular trainings about PED directive and standards to relevant internal stakeholders .

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a compliance role; the pressure equipment industry experience will be an advantage .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with regulatory compliance in an international context.

Skills:

• Expertise in regulatory standards and compliance.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable policies.
• Clear and effective communication with external regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders, maintaining transparency and trust.
• Proficiency in compliance software and tools.
