The Impact You'll Make
What You’ll Be Doing
- Grow service and spare parts sales across Poland through direct customer engagement and collaboration with channel partners
- Prepare commercial offers and provide technical guidance to help customers identify the right service solutions
- Build and maintain customer relationships through regular customer visits and meetings across Poland
- Execute sales activities, support pricing initiatives, and contribute to achieving agreed business goals
- Work closely with the Partner Sales Manager Poland and channel partners to support business plans and partner development activities
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably within automation, drives, or a related field
- At least 3 years of sales experience, knowledge of the Polish market and ideally experience working with a partner network in Poland
- Enjoyment of working with people, ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization, and a can-do mentality
- Fluent Polish and very good English language skills (minimum B2 level)
- Willingness to travel nationally (category B driving license, company car will be provided)
