The job shall be onsite, we are located in Grodzisk Mazowiecki.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating internal test setups for functional tests of new products including building and running test setups for thermostats and cables.
- Creating a setup and implementing testing of new products from an outside in perspective – specifically focusing on the user experience.
- Creating the framework around Field Tests along with planning and executing them
- Collecting subjective feedback from customers and end users.
- Collating test results and feedback and presenting in an effective manner to a variety of stakeholders to communicate recommendations and improvements.
- Analyzing data and test results and forming meaningful conclusions.
- Conducting onsite training of customers at our DEVI academy in Grodzisk including the use of specialized testing.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant experience in a related role such as a technician or electrician, with a sound technical understanding
- Strong ability to design and build tests setups that simulate real world conditions – so a background as a craftsman or similar would be an advantage.
- Advantageous would be experience within field testing, quality assurance, technical customer support, installation or a similar related role.
- Frontline passion for customer satisfaction and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test planning, test execution, data analysis and statistical methods for evaluating results.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to influence cross-functional teams, including Danfoss sales companies and customers, without formal authority.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload across multiple projects.
- Good presentation skills to effectively communicate test results and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of English in speech and writing.
