As our Technical Sales Trainee, you'll join our team in Grodzisk Mazowiecki and gradually discover how technical knowledge translates into real customer solutions. From product selection and technical documentation to supporting sales processes, you'll gain hands-on experience while learning from experienced colleagues. What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the Technical Sales team with day-to-day technical and project-related activities.

• Assist in preparing and updating technical documentation and product-related materials.

• Help with product selection and identifying suitable technical solutions based on project requirements.

• Support sales processes, including maintaining and updating information in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with experienced colleagues while learning about Danfoss products, applications and technical solutions.

What We're Looking For

• A current university student pursuing a technical degree, such as Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation or a related field.

• Genuine interest in technology and motivation to develop a career in technical sales or application support.

• Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn from experienced professionals.

• Attention to detail, good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week on-site in Grodzisk Mazowiecki.

Previous Technical Sales experience isn't required. What matters most is your motivation, willingness to learn and interest in growing professionally in this field.

What You'll Get from Us

• PLN 34 gross per hour under a civil law contract (umowa zlecenie).
