This is not a role where you will simply observe others. You’ll actively support the team in handling customer and supplier complaints, working with 8D reports, analyzing data and evaluating electronic components.

Your impact? Your work will help the team identify quality issues, understand their root causes and work more effectively with suppliers and other Danfoss teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Support the customer complaint process, helping to analyze cases and prepare the necessary documentation
• Process supplier complaints by preparing reports, analyzing reported products and coordinating their shipment to suppliers
• Analyze electronic controllers and prepare reports based on your findings
• Review and evaluate 8D reports, gaining practical experience with structured problem-solving methods
• Support Quality Engineers in working with suppliers, as well as analyzing data, preparing reports and creating charts

What We're Looking For

• A student or recent graduate of a technical university who wants to gain practical experience in Quality
• Someone communicative and open-minded, who enjoys working with others and is not afraid to ask questions
• Communicative English, enabling you to communicate with internal teams and external partners
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and technical drawings
• Availability to work at least 3 days per week; an interest in electronics and basic knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, Ishikawa or 5WHY will be an advantage

What You'll Get from Us

• A paid internship based on a civil contract, PLN 34 gross/hour, with the opportunity to start as early as October
• On-site work in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, at least 3 days per week, giving you the opportunity to work closely with the team and real manufacturing processes
• Hands-on experience in Quality — from customer and supplier complaints to electronics analysis, 8D reports and working with quality data
• Support from an internship buddy and the entire team, helping you learn quality processes and develop your technical skills
