What You’ll Be Doing
- Ongoing support for the Purchasing Department – processing orders, negotiations, support for optimization and digitalization projects.
- Collaboration with other departments to optimize purchasing processes.
- Creating reports on company expenditures and the potential for optimizing the purchasing process in the area of indirect procurement.
- Preparing and analyzing data for the Department’s tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Student or graduate, preferred fields: Finance and Accounting, economics-related fields.
- Proactive attitude and strong communication skills (both spoken and written) in Polish and English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team, open-minded approach.
