Our Danfoss Drives Marketing team is currently looking for a talented Web Specialist with a strong understanding of SEM management to join our newly established Digital Activation and Performance team. As a web specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our website to ensure a strong SEO performance adding to the overall traffic and user experience on Danfoss Drives pages. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for web development, and a solid understanding of SEM management principles.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement SEO best practices to enhance traffic, engagement, and conversions on the Danfoss website.
  • Support SEA campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others in close collaboration with our agency.
  • Conduct keyword research, support copywriting with data-driven insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in SEM and web development.
  • Provide input for technical SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking.
  • Manage and maintain global Danfoss Drives pages on the Danfoss website, ensuring it is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and regional marketing to implement website updates and enhancements on the global and local level.
  • Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts.
  • Work closely with UX team to implement website changes, helping to ensure technical feasibility.

Background & Skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in web design, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working in web development or web design roles as well as proven experience in search engine marketing.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), preferably with Umbraco.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Fluency in English.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Mouseflow, Sistrix and Google Analytics 4
