A Danfoss está procurando um Estagiário (a) em TI entusiasmado que esteja pronto para assumir novos desafios. O Estagiário fornecerá suporte ao time e aos funcionários criando uma força de trabalho engajada e produtiva por meio das políticas, programas e práticas da Danfoss. Esta posição fornecerá suporte direto para: Infraestrutura (redes), apoio ao usuário, monitoramento de chamados e suporte técnico,  elaboração de relatórios e indicadores da área.

Job Responsibilities

Juntos vamos compartilhar as seguintes responsabilidades:

  • Suporte na aquisição de dados e tratativas de indicadores;
  • Suporte e acompanhamento de chamados e usuários;
  • Domínio de Sistema Operacional Windows e Pacote Office;
  • Desejável certificação ou conhecimento ITIL e Power BI.
