Facilities Analyst

Job Description

Danfoss Guaratinguetá is looking for an enthusiastic Facilities Analyst to take lead of the Soft Service area. You will be responsible for creating an outstanding our employees experience, managing vendor contracts across the areas of Soft Services and to secure high-level service from all the service functions.

In-person position in Guaratinguetá.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Management of Soft Service strategy, investments,  financials, continuous improvements,  vendors and day-to-day facility activities. It's also important focusing in third-party contract management and building maintenance.
•  Consulting, advising, planning and overseeing implementation of all Soft Service activities and projects.
• Utilize your ability to motivate and develop yourself  in addition to collaborating with stakeholders across functions and locations.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills: 

• Relevant Bachelor’s or MBA’s degree in related areas (engineering, administration, management, etc.) aligment with professional experience with facility and/or vendor management along with stakeholder.
• Full understanding of budgeting processes.
• Ability to understand/interpret data and prepare reports.
• Outstanding interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, individually, in groups and across cultures.
• You are a self-starter with a high commitment and a can-do attitude, and not afraid of handling conflicts and following up on activities.
• Speak English at an advanced level.
