Job Description
Danfoss is looking for an enthusiastic IT Intern who is ready to take on new challenges. The IT Intern will support the team and employees integrating a global workforce through Danfoss policies, programs, and practices. This position will provide direct IT technical support for employees on their Microsoft Windows computers, applications, mobile phones, as well as IT infrastructure (network), handling tickets and updating department documentation, indicators, and reports.
Job Responsibilities
Shared responsibilities for this position are comprised of, but not limited to the following:
• Support and monitoring of IT calls, tickets, and users
• Support in the data gathering and handling indicators
• Windows Operating Systems and MS Office support
• Engage on IT projects
Background & Skills
• Studying higher education in Networking, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, or related IT topics
• Be available to intern in person
• Microsoft Windows and Office packages knowledge domain
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Like challenges
• Have an analytical and proactive profile
• Advanced English
• Desirable ITIL knowledge
