You will play a key role in delivering accurate and compliant HR and payroll services that employees rely on every month. Your work directly supports employee trust, smooth operations, and a consistent employee experience across the organization.

As part of our EMEA HR Services team, you will help shape how payroll and HR processes are delivered in the future. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Deliver end‑to‑end smooth payroll processing in partnership with external vendors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Act as a trusted contact for employees, resolving  HR queries and payroll queries through ServiceNow with a strong focus on service quality.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external providers to support HR administration processes.
  • Maintain clear and structured documentation, reports, and HR data, supporting audits and local compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvements and projects, helping to build and optimize the new HR delivery model in EMEA.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in HR administration and payroll input, ideally in an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and employee administration for both white collar and blue collar workers.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar case management tools and confidence using HR systems.
  • Fluent English and Bulgarian language skills (both required).
  • A structured, proactive mindset with attention to detail, strong communication, and customer focus.
