What You’ll Be Doing

Create and update internal communication materials and visual boards to keep employees informed

Design presentations, infographics, and HR campaigns to support engagement initiatives

Support the planning and execution of employee events, ensuring smooth logistics and participation

Track and update HR metrics (headcount, turnover, absenteeism) to support data-driven decisions

Assist in administrative follow-up of labor relations and HR action plans, ensuring proper documentation
What We're Looking For
- Current student in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Advanced English level (written and spoken)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel (formulas, data handling) and Microsoft 365
- Strong communication and organization skills, with attention to detail
- Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team while handling confidential information
