What You’ll Be Doing
activities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Give support on HR activities ensuring a sustainable impact in developing and leading best in class HR experience.
- Support local teams and individuals on all HR related issues.
- Support the Italian HR Team in ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and ensure HR Operations topics implementation effectively.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR People Partner, and managers to deliver high-quality HR services across the organization.
- Support HR projects and initiatives related to employee engagement, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
- Assist in HR reporting, data analysis, and preparation of HR documentation and communications.
What We're Looking For
- Educational background in Labor, Economy and Management or equivalent culture
- A customer focused, proactive and dynamic individual who is proactive in communications in order to develop effective relationships at all levels within the company and within the HR Team.
- Solid analytical skills and demonstrated ability as a problem solver.
- High level of integrity and credibility and the ability to forge positive, professional relationships through the use of tact, diplomacy and discretion.
- A strong command of both English and Italian
- Available to travel within Danfoss Italian branches if needed

Compensation & benefits
- Internship agreement: Stage Extracurriculare (6 months)
- Rembursement: €700,00 net per month
