What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with business leaders to translate business priorities into people actions that strengthen performance, engagement, and leadership capability.
- Drive core people processes such as performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning to support a healthy and productive organization.
- Enable talent growth and retention through succession planning, learning priorities, and close collaboration with Talent Acquisition and global HR teams.
- Ensure compliance and consistency by applying local labor laws and Danfoss policies across the UAE, KSA, and South Africa.
- Contribute to organizational change and expansion, including supporting legal entity setup and evolving people practices in the region.
What We're Looking For

Solid experience in an HR business partner or people partner role, supporting multiple countries or stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Strong knowledge of employment practices and labor legislation across the Middle East and South Africa.

Proven ability to advise and coach leaders with confidence, clarity, and sound judgment.

Experience handling employee relations topics with professionalism, discretion, and fairness.

Fluency in English, with clear communication skills across cultures and seniority levels.
