As our new HR Operations Excellence Lead you'll be at the forefront of our HR delivery model, driving continuous improvement, streamlining processes, taking digitalization to the next level and ensuring a seamless user experience.  

 

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our HR Services organisation. A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, you will work closely with global process owners, IT, and senior management to make our processes smarter, faster, and more effective.

You will work hybrid in one of our locations: Hungary, Poland, Slovenia or Slovakia.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive excellence: deliver on HR process excellence roadmap focusing on continuous improvement and service quality. 
  • Innovate and optimize:  identify opportunities for automation and digitalization and bring the opportunities to life. 
  • Lead change: drive and support the implementation of global HR processes and initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption. 
  • Analyse and improve: use data to analyse service quality and productivity trends, conduct root cause analysis, and develop compelling business cases for improvement to present to senior stakeholders. 
  • Champion best practices: oversee the use of ServiceNow, leading initiatives to optimize system functionalities and help ensure the system meets the needs of the business. 
  • Communication: create written communication and presentations that speak to the heart of the target group and convey key messages in a simple manner. 
  • Collaborate and influence: partner with key stakeholders to build consensus, support transitions and secure buy-in for change. 

What We're Looking For

Your professional profile:

  • Background from the shared services environment and a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in HR.
  • Experience from a similar position and proven experience with HR process streamlining, continuous improvement and digitalization.
  • Experience with HR technology – request systems - is a must.   
  • Excellent English language skills.
