What You’ll Be Doing
- Coach and challenge leaders to build high-performing teams, enabling them to solve problems and grow their capabilities.
- Manage and tailor HR processes in partnership with leaders, ensuring they align with business needs, strengthen talent pipelines, support employee development, and promote engagement.
- Turn data into action by analysing trends, generating insights, and enabling faster, sharper decision-making.
- Lead change initiatives and support organizational transformations that strengthen our culture and performance.
- Champion Danfoss values by fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-engagement work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Background in HR or a related field, with exposure to diverse, multicultural environments
- Strong understanding of core HR functions and processes (e.g., talent management, performance, engagement).
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in both Danish and English; able to influence and inspire at all levels and across cultures.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Able to be on site at our locations in Nordborg, Christiansfeld, and Kolding to support leaders and teams.
- A proactive, growth-oriented approach—asking “why not?” and “what if?” to unlock possibilities.
