What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive HR initiatives that prevent operational disruptions, ensuring seamless staffing and workforce availability.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to solve workforce issues, implementing corrective actions that enhance productivity.
- Support HR-related changes like organizational updates and policy improvements, fostering a dynamic work environment.
- Maintain HR standards and provide training to managers, ensuring consistent and effective HR practices.
- Engage employees and leaders in achieving KPIs, contributing to organizational development and a thriving culture.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in labor relations.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and workforce data management.
- Strong understanding of Labor Law (LFT) and internal disciplinary policies.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
