As an Operative Recruiter focused on field recruiting and social media sourcing, you will be the driving force behind connecting local talent with meaningful job opportunities. Your work ensures our production and operations teams stay fully staffed, enabling business continuity and productivity.
You will play a key role in high-volume hiring by building strong candidate pipelines and delivering a fast, positive hiring experience. From community outreach to digital sourcing, your ability to meet candidates where they are makes a measurable difference.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about people, community engagement, and results-driven recruiting.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

 

Publish job openings on job boards and social media to attract qualified operational talent
Execute field recruiting activities (job fairs, community outreach, on-site events) to build strong local pipelinesConduct
candidate interviews and screening to ensure the right fit for operational roles
Manage the end-to-end hiring process to deliver timely onboarding and improve hiring speed
Build and maintain an active candidate database to support future hiring needs

What We're Looking For

 

Experience in operational or high-volume recruiting, including field sourcing
Hands-on use of social media and job platforms for talent attraction
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates
Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment with clear hiring targets
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools
