As our new team member, you will play a key role in our Germany‑wide AskHR team and help shape the future of Danfoss. You’ll be the driving force behind smooth and efficient HR processes—from onboarding to offboarding—and contribute to creating a work environment where our employees can truly thrive.

 

Your impact? You’ll make our HR processes more efficient, strengthen the employee experience, and support our mission to continuously improve how we work.

 

You’ll collaborate closely with various departments and leaders, taking ownership of preparing employment contracts, works council notifications, transfer letters, and reference letters. You’ll also contribute your ideas to projects aimed at continuously enhancing our HR processes. Together, we are building an innovative and inclusive future for Danfoss.

 

This position is a parental leave cover and is limited until the end of February 2027.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support our nationwide AskHR team with all transactional HR processes - from hiring to exit
  • Prepare employment contracts and create works council notifications, transfer letters, and reference letters
  • Act as a partner in standardizing processes and documents across the team
  • Participate in projects and help us continuously improve our HR processes
  • Actively shape our day‑to‑day HR operations and bring in your own ideas

What We're Looking For

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally with initial experience in HR
  • A strong team player who enjoys working in a global organization
  • Someone who works independently, in a structured way, and with a high level of accuracy
  • Customer‑ and service‑oriented, confident in communicating with different stakeholders
  • Reliable, with fluent German and very good English skills (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable working with IT systems and open to learning new tools
