What You’ll Be Doing

• Support product development activities by co-operating with lead engineer.
• Support launching new product at Plant level, by co-operating with plant operation team.
• Support product improvement with quality and production.
• Regular daily engineering support to plant operation, marketing, sales, production management and all other related department.

What We're Looking For

• College gratudated in Mechanical Engineering or advanced course work in areas relevant to product development is required.
• 2+ years of experience working with product design and development and/or engineering research.
• Basic knowledge of quality tools - APQP, Control plan, MSA, PPAP
• Proficiency in 3D-CAD system, prefered Siemens NX.
• Ability to work effectively in a high quality, deadline committed environment.
• Good in communication and team co-operation.
• Customer-first mindset.
