Job Description
Danfoss Heat Exchanger Division (HEX) is searching for a Performance Controller for the global team to support a double-digit growing business, which currently are executing a historical big CAPEX-program stretching over multiple years. During this massive build out, it is important that we keep up our high profitability and don’t lose traction. Hence, we need continued qualified performance controlling and transparency on critical business processes on this exciting Journey. You have the opportunity be a key player in this development. The position is physically placed on the Chinese Campus in Haiyan, Zhejiang. You will have reporting line to the Global Performance Controlling Director and at the same time be finance partner for the Haiyan Factory Director while also being responsible for local performance controlling, target setting and planning. At the same time, you will be part of a strong international controlling team where we develop and maintain best practices for both local and global controlling. Here there will be rich opportunities for personal and professional development and expansion into global controlling. |
