Job Description

As a constantly growing company, Danfoss is looking for motivated employees who want to work with us on our success. We are looking for a Hardware Engineer to join our diverse team.

Job Responsibilities

Leading product development activities related to engineering, more PMI projects
Leading localization and cost down projects
Leading engineering activities to support local product line, quality, procurement, suppliers and sales team
Leading or supporting trouble shooting for product failure in test lab, customer side and field
Leading local engineering tests and test results report out
Leading the engineering changes process
Conducting DFMEA activities
Work closely to the global engineering team to implement the product strategy locally

Background & Skills

Job Requirements

At least 3+ years of related experience working in hydraulic component development.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
Able to be pro-active throughout the project process to deliver results and take ownership.
Team player with the ability to cooperate on all levels of the organization.
Fluent Written English.
