What You’ll Be Doing

• 1.Project Support：
  ·Assist with handling customer-related requests, including customer drawings, sample parts, courier arrangements and other related matters.

  2. Project Data & Document Management: 
  · Sort out project materials, meeting minutes, technical documents and deliverables.
  · Establish and maintain the project archive library to standardize documents and ensure traceable versions.

  3. Cross-departmental Coordination & Communication：
  ·Follow up task progress and drive issues to closure. 

  4. Meeting Support：

  · Organize project meetings, draft meeting minutes and track action items.

  ·Assist in preparing project reports, PPTs, flowcharts and other materials. 

  5. Ad-hoc Task Support：

  · Complete other supportive work assigned by the Application Manager or the team.

What We're Looking For

1. Current undergraduate or postgraduate student majoring in science or engineering;
2. CET-4 or above, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English;
3. Good execution ability, capable of cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
