Job Description: 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design, develop, and optimize precision assembly processes and production lines.
  • Be responsible for integrating automation or machine vision technology into assembly and inspection processes.
  • Use 3D CAD software to design and create necessary tooling, fixtures, and jigs.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for process or quality issues on the assembly line and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen (Continuous Improvement), and other projects to enhance efficiency and quality, particularly in high-precision and high-cleanliness production environments.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a precision assembly & testing environment.
  • Experience with intelligent production lines or automated vision inspection projects.
  • Proven, practical experience in designing and drawing mechanical components, tooling, or fixtures.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD and at least one major 3D CAD software.
