The Impact You'll Make

As our Mechanical Engineer, you’ll play a key role in making mechanical design for enclosed drive new projects, maintain standard enclosed drive, make cost down activties, improve quality and solve technical issues.

What You’ll Be Doing

• New Product Mechanical Design & Requirement Delivery
• Design Deliverable Release & Component Sourcing
• Engineering Task Management
• Failure Root Cause Analysis & Design Quality Optimization
• Cost-Down Strategy & Project Execution
• Multi-party Technical Support and ad-hoc Technical Work
• Internal & External Design Team Training

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor Degree major in Mechanical Engineering, with more than 3 years design experience in drive cabinet design industry (or similar product)
  
• Advanced engineering skills regarding, analysis and problem solving
  
• Know well of common Mechanical design tools (ProE, CAD…), general product design rules and product development/assembly/test process
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good at planningm with good collaboration skills and learning ability
