Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Mechanical design, development, qualification at both part and product assembly.
2. Be responsible for drawing，BOMs. Parts maintenance as required
3. Optimize design as needed, analyse and solve the design problems in production
4. Cross-function interface to sales,purchase, manufacturing to ensure the design output meet Dfx(design for manufacture/assembly/testing/cost) and quality goals
5. Based on product characteristics and business needs of the division, research and set the company's future product packaging routes, including but not limited to design innovation, process optimization, cost control, etc., in order to improve the overall competitiveness of product packaging.  
6. Establish and improve the packaging standard system, continuously improve the existing packaging process, and ensure that the packaging quality meets the regulatory requirements of the destination country and the internal standards of the company

Background & Skills

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or related majors
2. Minimum 3 years experience of mechanical design including sheet metal, machining, diecasting and so on
3. Understand the knowledge of material and related manufacturing process
4. Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T),experience of tolerance analysis is a plus
5. CAD skill with CREO/ solidworks
6. Good command of English in reading and writing, at least CET 4
