Job Responsibilities
工作职责：
1. 根据设计图纸，设计制定工艺流程和相关工艺文件并设计夹具；
2. 完善现有工艺和产能平衡，分析解决工艺问题；
3. 现场技术服务和产品工艺持续改进；
4. 新操作员入职培训和新工艺培训；
5. 与直接经理商定的工作所需的其他任务。
Background & Skills
任职要求：
1. 材料科学或机械工程专业本科及以上学历；
2. 熟悉MCHX产品和零部件工艺技术，2年以上相关经验；
3. 英语熟练。
