Job Description: 

The Impact You'll Make

Be responsible for process engineering of the HYA Tube production line, including pre-assembly, laser welding and other processes.
Lead or participate in tasks and projects targeting the achievement of SQDC indicators in the Tube production area, including but not limited to safety improvement, productivity enhancement, process cost reduction and other related initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take charge of overall process engineering activities for the HYA Tube production line.
  • Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting and resolving equipment problems.
  • Lead and participate in lean manufacturing initiatives in the Tube production area, including tooling management, material flow optimization, and cycle time improvement.
  • Drive and execute continuous improvement activities for welding process stabilization, yield enhancement, scrap reduction, and customer complaint analysis & rectification.
  • Lead and participate in various projects and tasks to achieve site SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) performance targets.
  • Conduct cross-department and cross-team coordination to support daily production and project delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.Major in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years or above working experience in process engineering within manufacturing industry, with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in laser welding process.
  • Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, capable of taking English as working language for daily email communication and business meetings.
  • Possess tooling design capabilities with basic knowledge of machining.
  • Skilled in using professional software including PLM, SAP, UG and CAD.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
