What You’ll Be Doing

Ensure to follow QMS (Quality Management System)
1. Follow and ensure that QMS documents are used in projects - proactivly demand (PFMEA, PFC, CP, MSA, CPK, etc.)
Investment Projects.
1.The preparation of equipment specifications
2. Develop the CAPEX  Support & potentially run Capex investment projects (from pre-investigation to execution)
Continues Improvement 
1 Process Development, Develop and maintain key core process (Brazing,laser welding ），Welding system certification(ASME,UL PED KHK etc），brazing operator performance Qualification，Brazing fixture design
2. Identify and share Best Practise
    2a. Improve Cost
    2b. Improve Productivity , Productivity- and work time study (Lay out, flow, cycle time and OEE)
3. Support DBS eg. in full potential, hunting productivity
4  Reduce scrap, and improve the FPY 
New product development
1：New product development process
2：Problem solving for the new product
3：New product brazing fixture design

What We're Looking For

1.Bachelor degree or above, Material and Welding related professional background

2. Above 3 years working experience in foreign company and engaged in the field of brazing plate heat exchanger give priority to 

3.  Good oral and presentation skill in English

4.  Good skill in teamwork, communication and coordination
